Installer log

Basically the bug looks like this:

I launch the installer, it says that is is configuring something. When progressbar reaches 100%, it disappears and nothing else is left on the screen. In the process manager I have the installer executable running and also a java.exe executable (which is being run from temp directory). The problem appears no matter if I install netbeans along with JDK or having Java SDK installed before (tried 8u151 and 8u152). I've attached the log it gives me (always ends in the same moment).


What can I do? I've even formatted my hard driven to get it working, still it didn't fix the problem.
