When editing an asm-type file, there is an icon to comment or uncomment a block.  This is missing when editing an inc file.  Why is that? We still may need to comment out a whole block in an include file but it has to be done line by line. Sometimes we have a lot of lines to comment out.  Can you add the icon to the tool bar for inc files?
