Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a C/C++ project.
2. Right Click on the project name.
3. Choose "Code Assistance" and then click "Clean C/C++ cache and restart IDE."

Nothing happens.

It works in Netbeans 8.2 but not in:

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201708020001)
Java: 9; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 9+180
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 9+180
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

Sorry, probably because I was using JK9 EA.
