Bug 271073 - when i create web application. there will be a index.html file attached to it and when i try to create another html file then netbean got stucked and cpu usage would be 99% which would be taken by netbeans.

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Open dialog Foo
  * Click on button "Click me"

ACTUAL:
  nothing happens

EXPECTED:
  message pops up
