Olá, tudo bem ?

Estou com grande problema, estou fazendo um curso de Java EE no site DevMedia, porém ao configurar meu ambiente seguindo os passos dessa aula: http://www.devmedia.com.br/articles/viewaula.asp?idcomp=32671&topico=3901 ... não consigo de jeito nenhum configurar meu ambiente, baixei tudo certo, como mostrado no video mas quando vou iniciar o GlassFish ele aparece alguns erros, e no http://localhost:48481 também não consigo criar fazer a configuração JDBC Connection Pools, preciso de ajuda urgente.
