We want NetBeans IDE to be somewhat compatible. For purposes of compatibility it would be great to test 3rd party plugins as soon as possible. However in current development builds it is not easy - the plugins.netbeans.org AU catalog isn't available - it is always added during the release and that is slightly too late.

I suggest to add link to 
http://plugins.netbeans.org/nbpluginportal/updates/8.2/catalog.xml.gz
to current development builds.
