Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.131-b11

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Deploy project: https://github.com/javydreamercsw/validation-manager.git

ACTUAL:
  * Error being unable to find dependencies.

EXPECTED:
  * Application deployed normally. It deploys as is on Tomcat.
