I found that "Copy Static Resources on Save" not working in Maven Enterprise Applications.

Reproducibility:
1. Create a new Maven Enterprise Application Project
2. In web project enable JSF2.2 framework.
3. Check "compile on save" is checked in all projects.
4. Check "copy static resources on save" in web project.
5. Delete index.html, keep index.xhtml only.
6. Run application and see "Hello from Facelets" text in the browser
7. Edit index.xhtml, save it.
8. Press Ctrl-F5 in browser: page will not reflect changes.

I note, it works in a simple "Web project", problem seems specific to MEA projects.
