1) IDE Tools -> Terminal
2) Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T (Open new tab)

new Terminal doesn't have focus -- I can't start typing

3) Put cursor into new Terminal
4) Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T (Open new tab)

third (and all after) Terminals have focus.

I can't reproduce it on the same machine.
It seems it was caused by some temp. changes in Dev build.
