Logs folder after opening a glitched importer

After installing latest daily build NB correctly found settings from previous version (8.2). But it's visually glitched to the point it can't be really used. Steps that lead me to the glitch:

1. Open plugin importer (looks OK) and close it
2. Open plugins window and install a plugin
3. Open plugin importer again (looks badly)
