Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201510222201)
Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_121
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.121-b13

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
 Cannot add glassfish server 4.1.2 instance 
Not a valid server installation

ACTUAL:
 next button inactive, it stalls

EXPECTED:
Cannot complete installatio

The select server drop down menu, invoked by Download now button, is ignoring the existence of newer version 4.1.2 of server as well.

I suppose no, a version independent solution is better.
