Around the 3rd or 4th attempt at running a project in ANY browser (including the embedded), my entire computer freezes before at the loading of the browser.  I cannot move my mouse, and eventually Windows restarts and I get the blue screen indicating the computer will be restarted after information is gathered.  This is any project I attempt to run.  I have not made it far enough to build anything complex.  I'm talking an HTML file and a CSS file with about 20 lines of code.
