I really would like to do it, but I saw that this all is java. It would be great if someone can redesign the code to only use a HTML page, where I can jump in to refactor the style for the welcome page/start page inside the IDE.

I think it is time for a new one so I will really want to help. But for this, I think there is no Java needed. Maybe it could be done with DukeScript, but it should as simple as possible.
