Description Vitezslav Stejskal 2002-09-02 14:17:11 UTC
Actually this should be filed against the
platform, but I don't know if there is special
category for it (sorry if I missed it).

The problem is that filesystems automaticaly
mounted when platform starts don't persist
settings which are changed through property sheet
of particular filesystem. (e.g. when Ignored Files
is changed to filter out CVS directories this
settings is lost when platform is restarted)

New projects reuse automatic mounting from
platform and this bug is pretty annoying.
Comment 1 Jaroslav Tulach 2002-09-20 09:16:38 UTC
Best is to remove the properties of automatically mounted filesystems...
Comment 2 Vitezslav Stejskal 2002-09-20 12:55:16 UTC
I don't think it's the best. I realized this problem when changing
property :-(. What about writing convertor for AllRoots instance which
will delegate to convertors of particular filesystems?
