1) try to add on Unix system "/" as an include path => CWD will be passed to the code model instead
2) there is inconsistency in project properties->C++ page:
 it is possible to add empty paths through "editing" dialog, but when add empty path directly in-place it is invisibly erased when press OK on Properties dialog

Interesting bug, but IMXO there is no real cases.
