Reproducibility: Happens every time

I installed netbeans on a 13.3" notebook. that is resolution 3200x 1800, "at scale ratio 250% enlarged".
I found that, the installed netbeans appears weird

texts on menu bar are enlarged, but not adjusted the positions accordingly. every menu items become close together.
tab labels on top left pane, such as "projects", "files", "favorites". these all become too small. these do not take the scale ratio on rendering.

for now, I have to lower down the the screen resolution to 1920x1080, at scale ratio 125%. things seem normal.

I HOPE I can someday use the netbeans at a ultra sharp screen, at 1800 lines.
