Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_11
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.11-b03

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Use a mouse that comes with horizontal scrolling
  * Scroll to the rigth or left

ACTUAL:
  nothing happens

EXPECTED:
  The page should scroll to the rigth or lef
