Generally, from my prospective, Netbeans is the best IDE. I really like developing under Netbeans. Thank you all involved for the great work. However, please, PLEASE have a look at the Netbeans - Maven integration. That concept is truly cumbersome and painful. Don't you think that the approach could be nearly the same as Netbeans standard Java project? - set up a project - add libraries / dependencies (wherever they come from) - GUI - add your code - compile / set jar - run Five automatic steps. All within the standard project menus. Thank you.
