Reproducibility: Happens every time

Please make dialog windows larger.

I'm not just talking about font size. I mean the actual design of the popups. For example if I want to create a new file, the 'New File' dialog window is so small that I have to scroll in 'Categories' and 'File Types' lists to find what I'm looking for. It just seems unnecessary on a modern monitor. Now, I can resize the window and all is good... Until I add the next file, because NetBeans doesn't remember that I've resized the dialog window.

So please make the dialogs larger or at least make NetBeans remember if I resize the dialogs.
