Provide a Visual Studio Community Keymap profile alongside with Eclipse, Emacs and Idea Keymap profiles.

Visual Studio Community is a free (free as in beer) full featured extensible IDE extensible with widespread usage.

The keymap attached to https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=119854 looks pretty good to me, but is in an old (non-XML) format.
