Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.2 (Build 201609300101)
Operating System = Windows 10 version x running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.20-b23

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Open Project list
  * create list of names with upper and lower case first letters

ACTUAL:
  sorting is incorrect.  names with capital letters appear at the top of the list

EXPECTED:
  normal world standard alphabetical sorting.
