Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_111
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.111-b14

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Open dialog Foo
  * Click on button "Click me"

ACTUAL:
  nothing happens

EXPECTED:
  message pops up


hi,
I cannot found marketplace above-help menu, I updated netbeans and java also, re-install all of these. but ı cannot found marketplace.
how can I access the marketplace ?
