About dialog

Steps to reproduce:
- use fresh cachedir and userdir
- run fresh NetBeans 8.2
- you see startup splash screen and About dialog pictures display "NetBeansIDE 8.2" picture

- now install "Dark Look And Feel Themes"
- set Tools - Options - Appearance - Look and Feel - Preferred Look and Feel to Dark Metal
- delete splash.png from cachedir
- restart NetBeans
- now you can see "NetBeansIDE Development" picture showing on startup and in About dialog

I think the problem is in pictures about_dark_nb.png and splash_dark_nb.gif in NETBEANS_INSTALL/nb/core/locale/core_nb.jar being wrong and showing "NetBeansIDE Development" instead of "NetBeansIDE 8.2"
