Text on download page indicating that JRE is included with PHP download

The downloads page says "HTML/JS, PHP and C/C++ NetBeans bundles include Java Runtime Environment and do not require a separate Java installation."

I downloaded the PHP bundle and ran the installer, it said "No Java found NetBeans IDE cannot be installed. This software can be installed with Java 8 or newer. Please download and install the latest update of Java 8..."

This is confusing.

Please consider correcting the download page text or fixing the installer to include JRE.
