SCENARIO
workspace/project1
workspace/project1/src/here-my-source-files

Shift+F6 never work in this scenario.
In Categories->Sources, whatever I put into source folder or web root doesn't change anything and the file is always run using "Project Folder" instead of "Source Folder".
