Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
 There doesn't appear to be any settings/configurations which allow the user to change the font and/or font size of the "Menu Bar" ie the "File Edit VIew Navigate Source Refactor Run Debug Profile Team Tools Window Help". The windows "title" changes with the native windows settings; but not the "Menu Bar".

EXPECTED: 
 Some setting/configuration should allow the user to change the font and/or font size of the "Menu Bar".
