Projects window display incomplete

I'm using Netbeans 8.1 on fedora 24 and I'm facing an issue with the items inside panels and windows all over the product. Find attached the screenshots and logs related with this. It is not breaking anything in the product and everything is working it just not very comfortable the selection of the items.

I've tried removing the .netbeans folder and also reinstalling with no luck.
Also I'm using 1.8.0_102 java version build 25.102-b14. 

Full installation details:
Product Version: NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201510222201)
Updates: NetBeans IDE is updated to version NetBeans 8.1 Patch 1
Java: 1.8.0_102; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.102-b14
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_102-b14
System: Linux version 4.7.3-200.fc24.x86_64 running on amd64; UTF-8; es_ES (nb)
