Reproducibility: Happens every time

When the projects view is too narrow to display a full package name, hovering over the package name will show the full package name in place,using some kind of pop up that shows over the divider and scroll bar. (There is also a tool tip, which is working properly.) When you hover over the package name that is selected, the full name does not show, only a white box. It works correctly for package names that are not selected.

your messages.log was too long and the beginning part is missing
would like to see it - please restart netbeans, reproduce the issue and attach messages.log again
