In the Project window, when I change the branch and in this branch some file change the name file.php to fiLe.php then in the project windows the Old name is still presents (small letters).

Similar problem. In the project I have two files with the names:
FilE.php and File.php. In the project window I can see only one. Probably this situation occurs after to switching to the branch with the new file name. It happens when the some people in the project do not have a partition sensitive to the size of the letters in the file name.
