3.4 stabilization build

1) Compile JSP with errors, output window will
list them
2) Hit F12 to jump to the first error
3) The servlet java editor will pop open,
highlight the first error and then jump to the top
of the document.

   Expected behavior: highlight first error and do
*not* jump to top of document.

Reproduced under:

OS/2 - IBM JDK 1.3.1
Windows 2000 - Sun JDK 1.4
JSP or JAVA files

- Changed OS to "ALL"
- Redirected to EDITOR module since this occurs with all documents,
not just JSPs.
