Configuration of a project to have a project URL designed to hard drive path (file:///C:/Users/Anael/Documents/NetBeansProjects/tests8.2/)
Index file is defined to an html file.

When i try to run the project => properties appears and say 'Project URL is not valid'

But the file:/// should be checked as correct.
+ some slashs are lost in full name construction (on the top of the advanced button)
