Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_92
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.92-b14

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
   run the Editor popup menu test case:

   http://services.netbeans.org/synergy/client/app/#/case/938/suite/1629/v/1

ACTUAL:
  Debug File, New Watch... and Toggle Line Breakpoint are enabled.

EXPECTED:
   Debug File, Run Into Method, New Watch... and Toggle Line Breakpoint should be enabled according to the test specification
