Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_91
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.91-b14

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Open dialog Foo
  * Click on button "Click me"

ACTUAL:
  nothing happens

EXPECTED:
  message pops u

A few months ago , remedy for this issue was new JDK like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGgKlKfVSE4

Now I have again the same problem. New JDK don't helps.


My specification : 
Product Version: NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201511021428)
Java: 1.8.0_102; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.102-b14
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_102-b14
