I clicked on one of the links in the nbweekly newsletter, for example this one:

https://services.netbeans.org/newsletter/story.php?id=10510

And I get this error in Chrome:

This site can’t provide a secure connection
services.netbeans.org uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

In Firefox I get the error:

Secure Connection Failed
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
