The "Help" button in the new SQL Query Viewer doesn't do anything and should either be removed or implemented.

Steps to reproduce
------------------

1. Profile a project with SQL queries using "SQL Queries" profiler
2. Right click query in results and execute "View SQL Query"
3. Click "Help"


Expected Behaviour
------------------

Help window should show.


Actual Behaviour
----------------

Nothing happens.

Already implemented, clicking the Help button opens 'SQL Query Viewer' help topic.
