sierra build 020813_1:
To reproduce:
1. create a taglibrary.
2. open tag library customizer.
3. specify a tag handler generation root with a
long name, like
/ffj/workbase/sierra/020813_1/test2/sampledir/mytest
4. click OK to close the customizer.
5. open the tag library customizer again.
notice the size of text area for Description is
changed unexpectedly. see the attachment picture.

This bug was already reported and fixed.
