This is a regression. No JavaScript and JSON files in category Other in New File dialog.
Steps to reproduce:
- right-click on any project and call New from the context menu
- select category Other
Result: No JavaScript and JSON files in category Other.

It's reproducible in both trunks NB and Studio.

probably it is a duplicate of the bug #262351.
