I have just noticed that the link to the Plugin Portal in the top bar on the HTTPS site is in fact an HTTP link, whereas all the other links from the HTTPS NetBeans site to other parts of it are HTTPS, so I think that this should really be too for the sake of consistency and security for those who require the HTTPS version of the site.

Also, I have my browser setup to block all HTTP requests so getting to the Plugin Portal becomes rather annoying even though there is an HTTPS version (I understand obviously that most won't have this issue, but I do so I thought I would mention it anyway).
