Build:200206050332 jdk1.4.0
While running a debugging session, after reaching a few 
breakpoints in debugging window, switching to editor 
window and expanding the to methods of the class that is 
being debugged. When switching back to the debug window 
IDE pops up an 'Unexpected Exeption'.

Could you please try NB 3.4 or current dev build? It's probably fixed
- see Ivan's comment in report #24444.
