I added a lot of local plugins and all will shown in the downloaded section of the Plugin manager. The problem is, when there are problems while installing ( Incompatibilites, etc.) it is not possible to remove all plugins from the plugin list. You have to select one plugin and hit remove and this is a pain in the ass and not user friendly. This is related to: https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=126984 Jaroslav said that you can close the dialog and start again, but this is not possible, the Plugin manager holds the plugins as a cache, so this is not working, you have to remove each plugin from the downloaded section one by one. Please add remove all & a multi selection to remove only those plugin, that you selected.
