Why hasn't this change made it to the nightly builds?
Comment 4 _ gtzabari 2016-05-03 18:46:35 UTC
Reopening as the fix seems to have gotten lost. Please investigate why this (critical fix) isn't ending up in the nightly builds.

What do you mean by this fix is not in the nightly builds? Both changesets propagated into the repositories correctly.

Ralph,

Usually we get a message from "Quality Engineering" indicating what nightly build the fix ended up in. See https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=258439 for an example. Do you happen to know which nightly build this fix ended up in?

This only happens if the commit message contains the bug id. The changesets update all (it should) the locations where the editor was expected to be directly enclosed by a scrollpane. This is what fixed this issue, but as it was not pushed for this issue specifically it does not reference this bug.

The change should be in the daily builds by now.
Comment 8 fordfrog 2016-05-03 19:37:04 UTC
it works already for several days. other serious issues were introduced but this one is (still) fixed. i think the fix firstly appeared in the nightly build that was first after the large shortage within which new nightly builds were not introduced. i can't verify the exact date as http://bits.netbeans.org/download/trunk/nightly/ returns 404 at this moment...
