NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20160516-0e45176a9b0b)

i've tried with a plain java application created in netbeans but wasn't able to reproduce

please provide exact steps on how to reproduce:
- what nb build you use
- what kind of maven project 
- what action trigerred the src/test folder creation 
- etc.
