Identical maven repositories waste space in userdir.

Steps:
1) open petstore application https://github.com/agoncal/agoncal-application-petstore-ee6
2) open Tudu application https://sourceforge.net/projects/tudu/files/Tudu%20Lists/tudu-2.3/
3) build both applications
4) NetBeans userdir (including cache) has 5.7G
5) Go to var/cache/mavenindex 
6) There are three identical versions of maven central repository
