Multi desktops

Talking about Multi desktop / work-space environment.
Background:
In windows 10 they newly introduced the multi desktop environment (it was in Ubuntu / Linux for long time)

Requirement:
Need to use one work-space for editing and another for console-output
Example:
With eclipse we can run multiple inter related instances simultaneously, so I use one for editing and another with only the console-output maximized.
I place both instances in different desktop / work-space and easily moving around with keyboard shortcuts.

Tried floating the output window and move to another desktop / work-space (in windows 10) but in task view, it shows main Netbeans instance only (as the floated output window is something like a dialog window, not a frame window )

It is really easy working if this feature is available.

Request:
It is really appreciated if you can implement the feature.

Suggest:

It maybe available in task view if the floated output window is converted to frame.
something like "float in frame" can be included in context menu among "float" / "float group" will be helpfull
