Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201510222201)
Operating System = Linux version 4.2.0-35-generic running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_66
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.66-b17

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
1. Change the look and feel to Nimbus.
2. create a file(I created. test.json)
3. copy lines more than 8000.

ACTUAL:
  1. File is viewable.
  2. Button to drag in scrollbar is not visible

EXPECTED:
  1. File should be shown and it should be viewable
  2. Drag button should be visible.
  3  should be able to move to specified location by dragging the butto
