Javadoc Popup Failing to Render Image (text is redacted/cut out of image)

Image showing the netbeans javadoc popup failing to render the img is attached (I had to cut out the actual text to post it). The image does render when invoking the full "Generate Javadoc" feature and viewing the javadoc in a browser.
