IDE Log file got from Netbeans

Run Project icon keeps disabled after hitting "cancel run project" button if you're opening the IDE and is making "Background scanning for projects". It keeps grayed and the only way to reset status of this button is to make any change on file and save it.

I searched for this issue, but didn't found anything. So I'm reporting it. IDE Log file is attached.

Steps for reproduction:

- Open IDE
- While "Background scanning for projects", hit "Run Project" button.
- Appears window "Please wait, classpath scanning in progress"
- Hit "Cancel Run Project"
- The "Run Project" button keeps grayed even finishing all background tasks.
