Hello, Netbeans support.

I'm a netbeans user(ver 8.0.2)
and in the last time I encourted
A series of problems.

Like when i start netbeans, it's starts
the start page, but it doesn't show any update ballons
also in the "What's New" bar
it tries to connect to the internet to show
News, Blogs.

but with no success, All it writes is
"Content is loading..."
and doesn't change or connect's no mater
how much time i wait.
also when i choose this option:
Plugins > Updates > "Check for Updates"

It gives me this error:

"Unable to connect to the NetBeans Distribution because of Timeout while opening
connection to http://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/8.0.2/uc/final/distribution/catalog.xml.gz?unique=NB_EXTIDE_GFMOD_JAVA_TOMCAT_WEBCOMMON_WEBEE02617a419-ffba-4d41-b30b-32485b10b3a6_e0762f26-9cbf-436c-acfd-e87c4261f374"

also when i use "Test connection" in the,
Options > General

it doesn't do much just the green bar next to "Test connection" goes back and fourth.

and when i try to install A plugin in the:
Plugins > Available Plugins 
It tries to download and gives this error:
"Networking problem in http://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/8.0.2/uc/final/certified/802patch1/extra/org-netbeans-modules-swingapplib.nbm
"




I'm not using any proxy,
and i have a connection to the internet(I surf in Chrome).
and i don't think my firewall is blocking this program( I use Zonealarm)

I use Windows Vista Home Premium SP2
on Toshiba Laptop
Intel 2 Duo CPU 2.00Ghz
4GB RAM, 32Bit

with Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition
and Zonealarm Free Antivirus + Firewall

The NetBeans version is 8.0.2.
