It looks like the latest Chrome has changed something. If I run project with NetBeans Connector in Chrome, then the yellow message at the top saying "NetBeans Connector is debugging this browser" is present in all tabs (and even windows), not the one that is actually being used by NetBeans.

It is unfortunate, but this seems to be a new feature of Chrome. See the corresponding change in Chromium repository:

What an enhancement :/ It is really utterly ugly and hard to use if you have multiple tabs... Thank Honzo for the investigation
