AWS region dropdown box screenshot

This bug is related to: #230075;

Problem: Cannot connect to AWS Region EU (Frankfurt) because the selection is not available.

Screenshot of dropdown box is attached.

Workaround would lead into changing the Plugin code and recompiling it. I'm wondering why the regions are hard coded and not available as a config file (xml / json / *.properties)?!
